Product Images & Sizes

Please note that door images shown on our website are generally displayed using a standard 1981 x 762 x 35mm (78" x 30") door as the main product image.

Slight variations may occur in the appearance of the design when ordering smaller or larger sizes.

Natural Timber Variations & Tolerances

Timber is a natural material. Variations in colour, texture and grain pattern are expected and are not considered defects.

Warping: 6mm
Twist/Cup: 2mm
Bow: 4mm

We cannot guarantee that colours shown on screen will exactly match the physical product.

Differences may occur due to screen settings, display technology, graphics hardware and lighting conditions.

Installation Advice

We strongly recommend that customers do not book installers until products have arrived and been fully inspected.

We cannot accept responsibility for consequential losses caused by delivery delays or installation before inspection.
